I installed NTLite 2.0.0.7656_x64 on widows7 x64 sp1 it installs okay but it shows up in task manager then disappears???.

Tagging nuhi to provide better information what is causing this problem, and also he could explain another steps to proceed.
Make sure you upload pictures, and also the version of Windows 7 used when trying open NTLite.
install the update nuhi told you, and you should be able to use NTLiteYes it is the official win 7 sp1 x64 ultimate edition.

Make sure to have this SHA2 update KB installed on Win7/2008R2:
64-bit version.
32-bit version.
That should help, it's the only known dependency since MS introduced it as a requirement to check on file signatures.

nuhi add that to Documentation - Start - notes.KB3125574 contain SHA-2 support (although not as comprehensive as KB4474419)
Windows 7 got it since March 2015 with KB3033929
