NTLite closes itself when using the Remove Reinstalls feature and doesn't finish the task.
I used a 19041.1 Enterprise x64 pt-pt image.

19041.1 is Insider Preview. https://betawiki.net/wiki/Windows_10_May_2020_Update
If you're reporting the same problem on 194041.208 (RTM), that's worth investigating. NTLite can be used on any release, but preview builds don't have the same importance as fixing RTM bugs. Move to the released 20H1 image, and try again.
Post your NTLite logs for nuhi.

When nuhi returns (he's been quiet for a week), *.dmp files under AppData\Local\CrashDumps will be useful.

I have sometimes seen DISK CLEANUP start while NTLITE is running on a liveimage and unable to complete its operations.
A restart tends to solve the problem.
Not that i be an expert in debugging .dmp files. But ntdll.dll seems to be the culprit among others missing. Maybe related to Kernel removal 32-bit? Not all 32-bit removaloption from NTLITE can be removed even you use Windows 64 bit. For example NTLITE or Windows Update can't work without ServicingStack 32-bit from i experienced. About your .dmp you can analyse from WinDbg loading .dmp files. It find a lot of errors of missing dll's - which seems related to 32-bits removals.
I've tried a lot of try and fails - and these 32-bit seems save to remove:

Most of them will be protected with Compatibility option Recommended and/ or Office - except Kerberos client 32-bit and Servicing Stack 32-bit depending on your needs.
Or you can edit your present preset with Notepad in comparison to the list provided.
