NTLite won't launch (Nahimic)

I have used ntlite for many years and just recently I can't get ntlite to launch at all. I tried the portable version and installed version but it won't launch. I am using windows 10 64bit version 1909

Hi,

here is a list of known ones, let me know how it goes and what you tried.

Thanks.

Thanks for the info, I so wish to have the necessary hardware to test if possible to avoid that problem, still not 100% certain if anything can be done.
If more and more people report it, I guess I'll have to buy a motherboard with that soundcard.
Interesting fact is that NTLite is not alone in having issues with Nahimic, thus it makes me reluctant to react more strongly, expecting it not to be fixable from my side.

No problem! Thanks for the link, that led to me resolving the issue.

Well if there’s anything I can do to help give you any necessary info let me know. All I can say for sure is that this issue definitely began happening in the last few months.

You can install Nahimic though even if you don't have the supported motherboard :)
You might have to go to the webbased Microsoft Store first to be able to get to the software through the Microsoft Store program.

I too have Nahimic and the same problem.
But installing and getting Nahimic to actually work can be messy, so not sure yet if I even want to uninstall it just to use NTLite, guess time will tell. :)
Love your software though, have used it from time to time in the past!

Of course I tried that, also a custom Realtek sound card driver, but it could not actually activate the functionality, could be it depends on some other factors.
"Installation could not proceed: this machine is not compatible with our audio software."
