Pack de langue pour windows 11

Good morning
I need a little help, I would like to recover the FR language packs for Windows 11 and then integrate them into an ISO;
I downloaded ESD2CAB-CAB2ESD-2 and W10_11LangPack
Then I opened W10_11 LangPack and clicked on W10_11 LP .bat in admin
I selected W11 22H2 23H2 x64 and fr-FR then OK.
Something happened in the C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe window then the window closed;
Now what should we do? I can't find anything downloaded and where to get the lang packs

The downloaded files will be in the same folder as W10_11LP.bat.

The next step is move the *.ESD file into the same folder as the extracted ESD2CAB tool. Run "esd2cab_CLI.cmd", this takes a while. After ESD2CAB is finished, move the new *.CAB back to the folder where the other downloads are.

Now import this folder under NTLite's Updates.
