Current behaviour
From the Source section, in the Presets ribbon, the Save as ... option presents you with a blank text field for a new name
Preferred behaviour
The text field contains the name of the currently loaded preset, with all text in the field selected.
Reasoning
This allows the renaming of a preset with minimal typing, e.g. v1.1 to v1.2. With all text already selected, this does not change the old behaviour where people can simply start typing their new name.
