I don't talk that language but "acces al archivo" looks like a permission problem. Try to run NTLite as administrator or replace the whole unzipped iso to a place where you 100% sure you have full acces. Like C:/myiso/
(But desktop should be okay)
Also make sure you temporarily disable all antivirus programs in the background while using NTLite.
