Looking more carefully at the detailed processing of NTLite, I realized that these settings (deflag) relating to Internet Explorer 32bit and WMIC have apparently not been processed (they are "grey")

despite appearing in the preset.

Yes, if disabled in the Capabilities (WMIC and Internet Explorer mode).
Will see about making this nicer, thanks.

edit: next version will block disabling if pending removal, like other features do.
