Red lettering in update integration?

I updated to the latest available ntlite stable 64-bit build, and when I went to integrate the latest cumulative update for windows 10 version 1709, it showed kb4093105 in red coloring. Does this mean this update is not applicable, that I need either a fresh windows 10 iso to download, because I'm missing something and I want to make sure I can still do host refreshes after I integrate updates like I normally do
 
Usually a red warning is a missing prerequisite or it may be another type of warning. Click on the update in red the click the Analyse button in the toolbar, you will get a popup window with the relevant information.
