Remove Microsoft accounts from the Settings

Good morning. I ask how to avoid the Microsoft account window in the settings. When I install with the connected network, in the settings window I get the Microsoft account request and I don't know how to remove it.

When I install without the connected network it does not appear.

If there is some command or tool I could enter it in the ISO. Thank you very much.
 
In NTL under Settings:
/ Privacy, set option: Suggest ways i can finish set up my device online to Disabled.
/ System, set option Microsoft Account to Users can't add Microsoft account
/ Windows Defender (if use) set Defender Account Protection warning to use an MS Account to Disabled.

Want to skip further included new users - in NTL Unattended section, set OOBE "Skip online account setup (Microsoft account)" to TRUE.
 
I thank you for the information, I followed your advice, and I tried to install on a vitrual machine with the connected network.
The Microsoft account option always appears in the settings panel, for the moment I must install with the disconnected network.
 
Unfortunately it didn't work, I followed your advice, perhaps it is necessary to act on some other settings.
