With the last 2 cu's for 1903 the remove reinstalls option(I can run it multiple times) keeps saying that it's removing all the languages, Windows Defender and Tablet PC. Anyone else experiencing this? Btw It removes a bunch of system apps I removed and it stays removed. Forgot to mention that it seems to remove the corresponding folders in the systemapps folder.
