Search Windows Update - please Help

Hello, i search Windows Updates for integration:

Windows 10 21H2 > KB4023057 x86 + x64
Windows 11 > KB4023057 x64

Windows Update finds these updates, but I can't download them anywhere. Not even in the Microsoft Update Catalog

I believe MS knows there's a problem integrating KB4023057 into current editions. Therefore, WU checks for eligibility.
If you look in Update Catalog, it's been re-released several times (not a good sign).

KB4023057 is an msi package, it's not integratable, should not be installed
