Setting up fingerprint without biometrics feature

I made a iso file for my desktop which I really enjoy and I believe I've disabled biometrics on it since I don't have a need for it, but then I installed it on my laptop and pressing set up for fingerprint just pops up a windows for 0.1s. Is there any way for me to download just the fingerprint/biometrics feature or set it up in a different way.
 
With a licensed copy of NTLite, you can reinstall the missing Windows Hello (Microsoft.BioEnrollment) component using Host refresh. This requires a copy of the clean Windows ISO to restore from.

If you're on free edition, you're stuck with rebuilding a new image (using your saved preset) and installing it again.
