if you can't use the app or prnscr button on your keyboard. and get error "this app can't open" warning when u press take snip button in the app. here is the solution:

1) set time to manual and change your date to random day.
2) run snip app again take a snip, verify its working
3) set time back to automatic

Untill i discovered this i tested over 20 custom presets. never thought testing vanilla first. and it was a bug about microsoft. f**k you microsoft really f**k you this time. you have broken everything including context menus.

annoying because snipping tool is really handy. i have tried w7 snipping tool on 1809, works a treat, hasnt got that annoying w10 snip tool thingy.
 
i don't even install snipping tool. i remove old and modern one all the time. i only use prntscr button and paste it to paint or photoshop or pasteimagewebsites from clipboard.

but without fixing this bug you can't even use your prntscr button on your freaking keyboard.
 
im not a fan of wccf, dont go to the comments sections, but it might be worth a quick visit everyday for bug reports :)
