SOLVED - Is folder file search possible with Cortana disabled?

Hey guys,

I enabled Shell Search in options, but disabled Windows Search and under System Apps I disabled Cortana and InputApp. On the provided screenshot I cant even click into the search window at all.

Do you know if folder search works with Cortana disabled? What is the best solution to keeping Folder File Search but removing Cortana?

Ok funny thing- the search wasnt working. After Ive removed a ton of stuff in the live windows version, it started working again. I didnt change anything else.

So Cortana isnt actually required for this to work. I dont exactly know What I removed. It is easier for me to show you what is left in my Live Windows version. :d
