Potentially an installer in the Post-setup page without a silent switch?
Either use silent switch to not have prompts as they are not supported at the Machine list, or switch the installer to the User post-setup method.
If that doesn't help, send me the preset for review.
edit: another idea, keep OOBE compatibility turned on if removing components.
