Suppress "Windows needs to restart to continue"

How do I stop the message from appearing that states Windows needs to restart in 10 Seconds.

The install continues after the 10 second delay.

This window can be easily disabled by deleting one of the scheduler tasks. Why do you need it?

The task scheduler Plug and Play > Device Install Reboot Required - delete

Are we talking about this Setup screen? Because there's no Scheduled Tasks in WinPE.

Yes that is the screen so where would i find this to disable/delete

This screen is WinPE Setup exiting, right before you reboot into installed Windows (install.wim). It's been around since Win 95, and no one has found a bypass because it's hard-coded into Setup.exe.
