Uncharted 4 and CyberPunk 2077 - Spatial Audio dependency

If Spatial Audo components is removed, all audio in Uncharted 4 and CyberPunk 2077 stops working. If Spatial Audio is disabled, but not removed, then audio in Uncharted 4 and CyberPunk 2077 continue to work. Why is that the case? Perhaps audio playback depends on certain Sptial Audio files being present, even if such files aren't being used. I think it should be mentioned in NTLite that some games depend on Spatial audio.

Games or apps can have hidden dependencies on selected features, because they expect all normal Windows files are installed. When you remove components, it's your responsibility to understand what types of functions are affected.

NTLite keeps a short list of major conflicts, but it's not practical to add every single game or app. The compatibility list would get too long, and nobody has time to recheck every game after NTLite, Windows or a game gets updated.

This forum relies on users like you reporting problems, so others can learn (using Search).

Removing spatial audio also removes the ability to use Dolby Atmos in the windows store. Dolby Atmos is the best thing for audio on my computer for watching movies,tv shows, and games in my opinion.

Thanks for reporting, will test this and make it more clear and protected if confirmed.
