User Account problems

Window 11 was customized by me recently, but have little errors. In setting User Account is empty.

In setting menu when I click in Accounts it is empty..

In start menu the user name is not clickable..please help me

Share the preset you used (or generated by NTLite) with the modifications you made
You can find it in the Presets folder of the NTLite directory

Apart from the OEM part that I don't use, your preset doesn't indicate any problem, it seems
You didn't make any other modifications ?

PS: download the latest NTLite version and test again
