VPN not connecting, my settings fail? (Locked by compatibility checked)

As the title, VPN have some problem to connect.
In another image with compatibility checked in NTLite it was all fine and working.
I touched something, maybe from Task scheduler, not sure..

Event view say is something related with RasClient

I remember an image where Locked by compatibility was checked and VPN working without problem, so pretty sure is my fail.
Someone have any idea?
