W11 22H2 won't install without Internet connection

Today I downloaded the new ISO W11 22H2 and I noticed that an internet connection is required to continue the installation, it never happened to me in previous versions.
Is there any setting in NTLite to by-pass this requirement?

BypassRNO is already in Settings (I read your question on ElevenForum). This requirement was always in 21H2.
