What did I remove to make Sticky Notes not work?

I've been having this issue since 1 year and I guess it's to post this thread to see what I am doing wrong.

I remove all the Windows Store apps except the Store itself and XBOX and Sticky Notes.

I also remove Windows Defender, Homegroup, and some other stuff like Customer Improvement Program and whatnot but I do leave telemetry as from past experience removing telemetry might cause some Windows store apps to not work.

The issue is, the moment I install the OS, when I click on Sticky Notes, it opens and closes real quick.

all other Windows store apps that I install later work fine it's just Sticky Notes.

any ideas?
 
by any chance do you integrate the updates, then save the iso, then remove stuff in a different session?

also maybe it could be RPC locator

If you have updated to the latest NTLite build, upload the autosaved preset if you haven't, update to the latest build.
