Unfortunately Microsoft locked them to the MSDN subscribers only.
Once you have the ISO, just copy CAB files from it.
Alternatively you can use UUPDump site and this method to rename the files accordingly. But which exactly CABs then is a bit of a hunt from the Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log on trying to enable that FOD.
I tried to add language resource packages but NTlite skips them. Shows that require missing files KB777778. In MS update catalog there is no such KB (or maybe that packs are actually that KB777778). Does anybody knows solution?
Btw files are from appropriate build and renamed and converted with script provided on UUP dump site.

There are actually quite a few Windows Updates that are no longer publicly offered (and thus not shown on NTLite). You can often find them by searching Google though.
You are almost there, just rename the files accordingly as linked to the script (when using non-official UUP).
