Hi,

Sure, but i would like to understand what option from the NTLite preset i attached is causing it to not work in windows 10?

Do you have any suggestions?
 
I tried your preset, and yes it's broken in that the dialog won't display any Apps beyond the first three suggestions.
Don't have an answer to why. It may take some trial & error to figure out which removal is triggering it.
 
Running sfc /scannow apparently fixed it.
Just to confirm it wasn't the last CU re-installing a required component, I ran NTLite remove re-installs and it still worked afterwards.

Since it's working again, I'm not going to spend more time digging into it. CBS.log from the repair was mostly uneventful.
