Win10 Pro 1909: Could not update boot config

Hi experts,
Trying to create a customized german Win10 Pro 1909 64 bit version with NTLite (btw great software!).
I´m having issues installing the created iso in my virtualbox machine.
During end of setup the message "Windows could not update the computer’s boot configuration. Installation can not proceed." appears.
Tried the original unedited Win10 iso which is used for creating the customized NTLite image. That installed without problems in my virtualbox machine.
Where could be the misconfiguration?
 
I have same issue now. I think it caused from a bad remove component or a bad configure setting in NTlite.
Could you show me your autoseved preset?
