I was "playing" with version 4116 of Win10 (from UUPDump) and I noticed (maybe I hadn't noticed...) that from this version Windows BackUp was introduced in the start menu which, at first login, would appear lead to a noticeable slowdown for the first screen.
I applied the .reg (which has been talked about in this forum...) for that entry and it is deleted (with the obvious consequences) as expected.Did you notice it?
