(Windows 7) Deleting Hyper-V guests causes prolonged stay on the installation page

As stated in the title. Removing hyper-v guests from Windows 7 sp1, which integrates all patches, will cause them to stay in the installation interface for a long time.
Has anyone encountered the same problem, is it a problem with Win7 or mine.

(Change) Confirmed again that removing hyper-v guests will only keep Windows 7 stuck in the final installation step of "complete installation" for a long time. This issue will not occur in Win8.1/Win10.
