Windows crash at Shutdown/Restart

In like 3 of 10 downloads of an iso (custom one) the build crashes when shut down/ restart.

Not related to powerplan, checked power settings explorer and everything fine, no fast boot, anything related to power options, just simply crash on rr/ss it's not related either with something installed, sometimes this only starts happening at the 4th or 5th logon...

Some users suggest it's a driver issue (network or storage). When you do a shutdown, Windows has to flush data.
Check the event viewer logs.

If we are talking about driver versions, tried atleast 3 or 4 newer to older drivers of both...

My iso.

Just tried something garlin.

Even tho i said its NOT about the powerplan, i tried using the "powersaver" default pow just to see if the computer was able to sleep. Done it , it slept and the fans and monitor just went to sleep as normal... as soon as i woke the windows i pressed restart, and it worked xD.
after that, still with the "powersaver" got stuck on the rr/sd...

If your problem starts after a few sessions, maybe WU is trying to stage updates for the next reboot? Look in Updates History and check if the times match up with your shutdown problem.

There's no Updates on this iso. services disabled, basically everything that connects with WU is stripped

The computer doesn't end up with a BSOD, just "shutting down" and display gets turned off, and checked the dumps and nothing there...
