Windows Defender Offline Scan not working

My customized Windows is working pretty well.
But the the Windows Defender Offline Scan does not.
The initialization Phase, where probably the Virus Patterns are downloaded, is rather short.
Instead of starting the scan, the System does a reboot.
A full Windows Pro 17134.1 does the Windows Defender Offline Scan without any Problems.

Would you please have a look at my configuration file?
 
While testing my customized Windows I was missing the Application Compatability.
After reactivating this feature, i saw, that Windows Defender Offline Scan was working either.
This Problem seems to be solved.
 
doberstw, thanks for reporting. I tried to replicate, but in both cases with or without Application Compatibility, the offline scan started fine after a reboot.
Reboot is normal in that scenario, that's why it's called offline, they mean Windows is "offline", not booted.

Or I misunderstood your report, can you please explain better how to see the issue?
Maybe when you saw it working, you actually didn't select the offline scan?
 
Nuhi, thank you for trying to replicate the issue. I'm sure that I'm doing an offline scan.
But I wasn't able to replicate the issue either. Now I think, that the issue was caused by my playing around with the BCD-store.
Therefore please don't spend your valuable time anymore for investigating the issue.
