I can’t uncheck fonts in NTLite anyone can help how?

Or do you have a preset which already unmark those not default system fonts

Any font that's needed will be locked by Compatibility. You can't defeat NTLite licensing by feeding it presets created on someone's paid edition.
It's not that stupid.
