I was building another installer the other day, for the new 1709 Build, and saw the Component "Windows Subsystem For Linux" and, without thinking it through very much, I clicked it. I have used it a few times before so why not?
Well, it completely breaks the process, so don't check that stupid box. You will get a terrible error message telling you that "The image is damaged" but it's not. You just clicked the "Windows Subsystem For Linux" checkbox that doesn't even make sense to have in the first place.
