Windows updates integrated successfully but no updates in Windows

I just integrate Windows 10 1803 updates (4 updates total) using ntlite v.1.7.5.6842, process completed without any issues. I create bootable USB using rufus, windows 10 installed without any issues but when i go to control panel and checked "view installed updates" there were no updates. when I run Windows updates it download and installed all the updates that i tried to integrate. I integrated the updates to Home and Pro edition and removed other editions. any idea where did i go wrong? thanks
 
thanks for reply. OS was windows 10 1803. i don't have autosaved preset because i reinstall a fresh windows 10.
