WU disappear from Settings removing Insider

Windows Update main menu also disappear from Settings when removing Windows Insider Program.
Dosn't only remove its Settings page within Windows Update!
NTL v2.3.8.8974/ 22621.674 on offline 22621.755.

Confirmed - and my apology for not paying attention to that post.
It also work integrate the reg via NTL Registry section copied from a NTLited installed version with a corresponding Preset instead of doing manually after install.

If any help on this topic i'm aware GPO for the reg only can have one of two settings:
ShowOnly: (about); and Hide:
Before the Insider fix (Hide: ) together with other removals in NTL, the Windows Insider Program submenu from WU showed up like this:
