Xbox Accessories & LTSC

Hey folks, Not sure if this has been asked here or dealt with here, i cant seem to see it anywhere, but is there a way to just download the Xbox Accessories thingy without having to add store etc etc, on ltsc ?

Reason i ask is because i want to make a personalized custom for gaming, and trying to keep it as small as possible,want to try to avoid downloading other bits i wont likely be using.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
