Update your NTLite to the latest version. If you're using a cracked/pirated copy which is why you can only use 2.1.1 then you won't find anyone that will want to help you...
Also use the search button at the top right of this site, and browse the different threads. There's several people that have posted their tweaks. You have to put in at least a little effort.
And if you're planning on playing games, then removing all the stuff you want will break a lot of games fyi.
