When I want to open a .txt file, for example I get an error message of "update, dependency or package" (something like this)
No worries with right click and the Modify option, on the other hand
All seems okay to me, some of the new components cannot uninstall through Ntlite but that maybe why I don't have the latest builds of windows 11.Will take a look later tonight, thanks for all you do for us with this program!
True, now NTLite restores a license for the integrated app replacing existing ones.abbodi86 has explained the reason before. All Appx packages when created, must include an unique license XML even if distributed for free.
That's why offline installers for Dell, HP, Intel or NVIDIA Appx tools always include a bundled license. If you install a newer version, it will require the matching license file for that build. When Windows installs the in-box (included) apps, there are pre-installed licenses already in the image and it can activate those apps offline.
When you download a Store app, it will never provide you an offline license. Your PC has to connect online at least once to activate, afterwards no further network access is required. So it's impossible to run Store apps, whether integated in the image, or sideloaded -- if you're completely offline.
Thanks, yes, tistou77 must be removing something that breaks this, will see later which component. All seems okay to me, some of the new components cannot uninstall through Ntlite but that maybe why I don't have the latest builds of windows 11.
Brilliant, will fix that situation if the same runtime is not needed for the same app after install, thanks for the feedback.I tested just by integrating the LCU and Apps and it works fine
I don't know if it's related, but surely, when the UI Xaml 2.7 version is kept, it works
Removing the components, the problem is present. So a component removes something it shouldn't
It's not a big deal for me but if you really need it just let me know and when I get a chance will post my live buildThanks, yes, tistou77 must be removing something that breaks this, will see later which component.
Regarding the uninstall, can you give me an exact example?
Which host, and which app on which ISO ver.
Did you remove anything relating to Xbox? I found removing anything related to it can cause more problems then its worth. It a weird hard baked into a lot of things appI'm testing here too, for me only the xbox app can't update...
no, original iso. I just added these apps that are in the screenshotDid you remove anything relating to Xbox? I found removing anything related to it can cause more problems then its worth. It a weird hard baked into a lot of things app
Hmm weird, mine still works yet heavily modified.no, original iso. I just added these apps that are in the screenshot
The xbox app for some reason is being skipped.
sorry, I don't think I mentioned it before, but I'm trying to integrate into an offline image.Hmm weird, mine still works yet heavily modified.
Check StorSvc under the services tab in Task Manager and make sure it is running.
Close xbox app, restart the service, reopen
Isn't this app already part of windows 10 and 11 images? Sorry getting confused here.sorry, I don't think I mentioned it before, but I'm trying to integrate into an offline image.
yes, but the installed version is outdated. Almost all of these are already installed but outdated.Isn't this app already part of windows 10 and 11 images? Sorry getting confused here.
Are you wanting to be offline because it doesn't take long to update all these apps from the store once windows is installed. There is going to be updates after awhile anyways that will need updates.yes, but the installed version is outdated. Almost all of these are already installed but outdated.
Hmmm...I'm testing here too, for me only the xbox app can't update...

sorry garlin, but it escaped my knowledge, i don't know what it means. I downloaded this package with your script, along with the dependencies. I tried installing manually on a live image and it worked.Hmmm...
