Change the language of the OS directly from the XML

To change the default language, requires your copy of Windows to have the right Language Packs.
There are two ways:
1. Download a specific language edition of Windows, using MCT (Media Creation Tool) or UUP dump.
2. Download the US edition, and use a script to download Language Packs. Add the Language Packs folder to Updates.
Under the Unattended screen, specify the language in TWO places. One for Windows, one more for WindowsPE (Setup).
