It worked fine on v2024.10.10089 but causing problem at installation in current several releases (at least from 2025.1.10271 to current version).
(Tested with Win11 24H2)

Sorry but just the installation stuck with circling-like roading animation (I suppose) after one automatic reboot so I can not get any error code or something to report.
With the same preset file but built on 2024.10.10089, installation worked fine.

Please attach the preset (after removing any user passwords or license key).

The essential part of the preset is attached. I removed unnecessary editions and patched this Unattended mode to all the rest editions (Home, Pro and Pro WS) one by one.
Some presets on ComponentFeatures and MachineDrivers were automatically created but there were untouched default settings.
ComputerName is set to [Prompt] but PC Name was prompted properly, so I guess it does not affect the bug.

We need the full preset, not the Unattended.xml, to see if there's any other changes.

Here it is. But loading xml file with only <Unattended mode="1">...</Unattended> resulting basically the same preset. Rest of the lines were automatically generated.
I patched Drivers, Registry, Components, Features and Settings separately to isolate this bug. These worked fine on the current NTLite.

So you're saying this preset alone (with no other edits) on a clean image causes problems?

Normal unattended mode is shared across all Windows images on the ISO (as autounattend.xml).
Did you apply unattended to each image, one at a time, by checking "Copy to install image" (which creates \Windows\Panther\unattend.xml)?

Yes, indeed. I've tried in clean process.
I applied unattended one by one. I didn't know "Copy to install image" was possible ("Reapply tasks across editions" in the "Apply" section does not work on unattended so I misunderstood it is not possible).
I remember that enabling "Local Administrator" in other edition(s) only caused the same-ish bug. I knew this problem was exist for years so I applied all editions one by one.
e.g. Apply "Local Administrator" unattended patch on Pro edition only and try to install Home caused this kind of bug.

It helps me quite a lot and I also assume this could be the trigger of this bug. I'll try it again and will report soon. Thanks.

Using "Copy to install image" method worked perfectly! Thank you for advices!
(still the behaviour without coping looks bug-ish to me though)
