Any command you add on the Post-Setup page, from Machine or User mode runs with admin rights.
The difference is Machine runs as SYSTEM user, and runs on behalf of all local users. User runs as the primary (logon) user, but after the first desktop logon if you need to customize that user's specific profile.
Just load the .bat file with Add File, and NTLite will understand what to do.
