Is it possible to compare two images of W10 in NTLite?

If will need to create any new ISO I will do according this your guide.
But I don't need it for now.

The picture I used above is the screen of the legitimate MS ISO 7601.24214.180801-1700 ISO made by NTLite and updates installed by Microsoft itself.
So I should use the untouched legitimate MS ISO 677332.iso and using the Preset -> Extract current image state option create two presets and get their differences, right?
 
If you compare any two presets, they must be of the same type.
- Any two extracted presets
- Any two saved presets
