Note(2018-11-18) There are still no official LP Cab file download links for Windows 10.0.1809 - 10.0.17763 Redstone 5 'October 2018 Update'. We will post them if and when they become availible. Please read @abbodi86s post no 30

Check the language pack download link is hosted on the Microsoft's site "download.windowsupdate.com", if not, do not download it and please report. They are separated into 'x86' (32-bit) and 'x64' (64-bit) groups so make sure you download the correct one.

After downloading the required language packs, you can add it to the NTLite's Updates page to integrate them to the image.
You must integrate language packs together with, or before the Updates, or they will be overwritten by the language pack.
Choose the newly added language pack on the Unattended page settings, "UI Language" to set the required language during Windows setup.

All lists are in a zip pack incase the link pages are removed or you cannot access them. The lists contain direct links to Microsoft servers.

Pack now contains language pack details for W10 LTSB 2015 and 2016.

If in doubt which build series you need, just ask.

Language pack link sets:
10.0.1803 = Windows 10 1803 - 10.0.17134 Redstone 4 'April 2018 Update'
10.0.1709 = Windows 10 1709 - 10.0.16299 Redstone 3 ‘Fall Creators Update’
10.0.1703 = Windows 10 1703 - 10.0.15063 Redstone 2 ‘Creators Update’
10.0.1607 = Windows 10 1607 - 10.0.14393 Redstone 1 ‘Anniversary Update’
6.3.U3 = Windows 8.1
6.1.SP1 = Windows 7 SP1

Microsoft Discontinues Local Experience Packs as CAB Files for Windows 10
"Starting in Windows 10 version 1809 "October 2018 Update", Microsoft will discontinue language packs in the CAB format. As you may already know, Windows 10 version 1803, which is the latest stable version of the OS as of this writing, has introduced Local Experience Packs, also referred to as LXPs. Local Experience Packs are AppX packages delivered via the Microsoft Store that enable users to experience Windows features like the Start Menu, Settings, and File Explorer in the language of their choice. In Windows 10 version 1809, they will replace the classic CAB file format for language packs." Source

Will add more information when availible.
