Make sure the final link from the referenced site is pointing to a CAB file from the Microsoft's site "download.windowsupdate.com".
Please report any discrepancies.
They are separated into 'x86' (32-bit) and 'x64' (64-bit) groups so make sure you download the correct one.

After downloading the required language packs, you can add it to the NTLite's Updates page to integrate them to the image.
More info here.
You must integrate language packs together with, or before the Updates, or they will be overwritten by the language pack.
Choose the newly added language pack on the Unattended page settings, "UI Language" to set the required language during Windows setup if required.

More info on FOD ISOs here.
UPDATE:
For a complete list of download URL's for newer Windows (Windows 10 1809 to Windows 11 23H2), jump to post #83.

abbodi, can you do me a favour please? All the lists seem to have come from mkuba50 originally so can you give me a link for mkuba50's lists so i can credit him directly in future? :)

Well, he post them in the thread dedicated for each official build at MDL forums, not separately

I went to his profile and couldnt find anything, nothing on lobo11s quick links and not found anything as i normally go through the site. I may just have to use the usual source and credit him if his name is there. Thank you. :)

Microsoft Discontinues Local Experience Packs as CAB Files for Windows 10
"Starting in Windows 10 version 1809 "October 2018 Update", Microsoft will discontinue language packs in the CAB format. As you may already know, Windows 10 version 1803, which is the latest stable version of the OS as of this writing, has introduced Local Experience Packs, also referred to as LXPs. Local Experience Packs are AppX packages delivered via the Microsoft Store that enable users to experience Windows features like the Start Menu, Settings, and File Explorer in the language of their choice. In Windows 10 version 1809, they will replace the classic CAB file format for language packs." Source

Will add more information when availible.

by making sure all files and folder names involved have been made shorter
and all files and folders involved are on stored on c drive
