NTLite 1.7.2.6623 | 1.8.0.6623

I keep having issues with NVidia CP disappearing and context menu taking a long time to show up, but I can't pinpoint which component is responsible for that...
Do you know for sure it's due to the removal or a service configuration?
If so, please attach the preset and I try.
My Nvidia cpanel opens in about 2-3 seconds, not instant.

Is this the NTLite build you made the working LTSC + working cortana and lowest size?
Currently I tried both latest regular and beta of NTLite and both on latest LTSC iso with all cortana dependencies and Internet explorer in i get the same searchui.exe crash. Also the size is way higher than my old LTSB 2016 which is around 1.8GB stripped, whearas LTSC is still almost 3GB.
Current NTlite is definately way from 1809 proof :-(
Preset please, for that searchui report.
To get lower size, make sure to remove Windows Update and not have Servicing compatibility enabled.
Otherwise, those kept files (just in WinSxS), are for updating compatibility, that is the change in size - same removals otherwise.

To be fair, Nvidia Control panel has always been a slow bitch to open up.

Well you might be right about that compatibility thing, I might have forgotten that one.

In that case I'll just have to fix searchui.exe crash. I wonder if some disabled services could be causing it.

Ill post my config in a few mins.

Edit: its something under 'System' components removal.
Edit2: Nailed it down to either, Input Service, MobilePC or Tablet PC.

Input App (Screen Keyboard) depends on Tablet PC which i think depends on Mobile PC.
Think Ill make a habit of keeping these in, not the first time these components cause havoc on my builds on a variety of totally random aspects.

MT_ Desktop or laptop? (I presume Desktop. Else you might have left Touch screen stuff in.)

Rightly assumed :)

To be honest it doesnt seem like a big deal. Got my LTSC down to 1.6+GB at this point, so far all works as expected!
