I have made investigation about this and found solution , import 2 reg files to fix it
+ StructuredQuery.dll should be marked as protected file

nuhi would fix this in next release, if the solution or cause is correctly given... but there is no point to use old version really, only reason is crack.

StructuredQuery is protected if Search Shell is kept. At least in the newer versions, don't have the exact info when it was done.
My guess is you did not keep that component, and OOBE was the last one using that piece.
Thanks for the feedback anyway.

I never update to a newer version as soon as it comes out. Only when a new feature interests me or has a bug fix that affects me or for testing purposes. With new features new bugs come along. So I'm all for "not fixing what works".

Offtopic: By the way there is no more beta version? New features lately have brought a lot of problems.

Also, if you archive older presets to do comparisons, the XML gets reformatted some times a lot. While I'm grateful NTLite is under constant improvement and supports old presets, looking at diff's is extra work when specific NTLite features get re-worked under the hood.
