Printer software desktop shortcut messes up Hyper-V Manager's desktop shortcut

After installing my printer's (HP Officejet 6500) software (HP Officejet 6500 E710a-f), placing its desktop shortcut in the same user desktop folder as the other desktop shortcuts so that all of them follow the alphabetical order and clicking the "F5" key, Hyper-V Manager's desktop shortcut goes to the last place. I used a Windows 10 Enterprise 19041.1 x64 pt-pt image.

EDIT: After all it isn't NTLite's fault since I only integrated the latest updates and I still have this problem.
