Spotlight on Lockscreen not working

Hi all.

I'm having trouble getting Spotlight (different images from Bing on Lockscreen) to work on my latest Windows 10 Pro 21H2 x64.

I've done almost everything the interwebs told me to:
- activated Background apps, especially Store and Settings, but have all on
- I tried this
- and this. I noticed I don't even have this folder --> %LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager

I haven't changed anything drastical in the removal settings although I am preventing Edge from running in the background.

Anybody has any idea why the service isn't working?

Hi enable UAC. spotlight only works if UAC is enabled.

You removed Content Delivery Manager in components. That prevents Spotlight from working.

Yeah, forgot to write I also tried your method but it won't budge.

I don't recall if NTLite has other settings, but disable the other CDM features using a combination of:

I blame nuhi for not adding "also disables Spotlight". Kidding. I have to try first. The new ISO is already in the making. Thanks garlin I will add the entries to the Registry settings.

Hive Key Current User Entries in Offline Image ?
i think Hive Key Machine Either Local or Offline can be tweaked before current installed state . some user state that users\default\ntuser dat file does the trick but its not a good idea to do so on offline image.
