Start Menu search, Paint 3D and Taskbar clock not working

Mod update: Split from original thread, which was 5 years old.

Hey there, I just stumbled over this old thread because I have the same problem.
Any hints if this issue was completely resolved? Additionally to that when I click on the time/date field in the taskbar, the calendar view doesn't open either. Is there maybe sth related with the search problem?

I don't know if it's same problem, but posting your preset would help understand what you've removed.
 
There's nothing here that touches Taskbar or Search components. Check if you're using post-install reg tweaks or 3rd-party desktop tools.
 
Hi I'm back after a few months of having the computer in a box for moving.
So 2 other problems due to a bad setup are:
  • Paint 3D is crashing after opening
  • When I click on the clock/date area in the taskbar, nothing is opening.
Do you have any ideas what could cause these other problems?

garlin No, in my first install, I used the RegTweaks by Hellbovine, but not in this setup.
 
Is this the same preset, because almost nothing important was removed? All I see are languages and Xbox features.

Does the unattend need to be in English for NTLite and/or Windows to utilize it properly? I don't know, but this stood out to me, because all the other files I come across use English for foreign languages in the unattend file.
