Edge and Security Center returned after removal

Hi,
I disabled components and after update in OS (Windows Update) Edge and Security Center have returned.
What should I do?

So any customs are illegal? Tell that to their authors. I have no plans to release the system for thousands of people. I'm just looking for this solution :)
 
I want to make something like this:

Two editions:
First Normal with Updates, Store and XBOX.
Second MAX without Updates, Store and XBOX.
I have written to many people for support. Even for partnership.

no it is not illegal, you can do anything to your own iso.
yes it is illegal, to add illegal customizations (like licensers etc)
yes it is illegal, to share any custom/homebrew iso
no it is not illegal to share guides/presets
you can ask microsoft or read articles about it.

yeah sure, still this is ntlite forum, your questions are out of scope of ntlite. you ask for special scripts reg files or any other solutions. to create a custom iso to release. instead of bringing other people here for them to use/buy the product itself.

yeah sure, still this is ntlite forum, your questions are out of scope of ntlite. you ask for special scripts reg files or any other solutions. to create a custom iso to release. instead of bringing other people here for them to use/buy the product itself.

Dear friend is it legal or illegal to suggest somebody to use masgravel , abbodi1406 , kms suite by tnctr member mephistoo , luzea & one more russian guy activation script tool i forgot his name to use if user asked about activation on any online community :)
