nuhi Could you set the tool so presets are saved to C:\Program Files\NTLite\Presets for the same reason please. :)

Its in the toolbar on the Updates page - Add - Latest online updates. It will open a new window and you can select an os and download updates.

Or use the Sources page - Toolbar -Tools - Download Updates. You can do this without loading an image. Select which os you want updates for from the 1. Select update list.

I tried that but not only the latest CU wasn't installed but it also broke the Start Menu (and I had an annoying Windows Update loop that was doomed to fail after restarting the PC), although I didn't try this after a clean install.

Bricking a VM isnt a worry because you make backup copies, my only pc gets bricked and i very quickly run through my extensive list of expletifs. VMs and a 2nd pc/laptop isa must for testing.

When I try to change Hyper-V's processor settings it says "Hyper-V is not configured to enable processor resource controls". Why is it and what does it do?
 
Nuhi, when you update post no1 it doesnt show as a new post. Can you "bump" each time so it does? :)

I put it on my watch list to see if i get a notification.

nuhi Sources - Image history, can we have a forget all option please. :)

Can we also have a save image history to text file list option that saves the Source list, Type, Flags and Size (MB) info too please. Or be able to copy all that to clipboard, be handy to have it all in a text file when comparing things. :)

nuhi Refresh my memory please, Sources - Image history - Size (MB), what is this figure based on, pagefile and hibernation disabled and what else?

I am really enjoying the update downloader :D. Is it possible to minimise both windows while you are downloading? Having both windows open obscures the desktop, not good if you are downloading a lot or big CU's, you cant even move or resize the main window and make the download window smaller. :)

I would prefer the tool downloads updates 1 at a time. Sorry bout all this lot, thought it would be better to add them here instaed of opening new topics. :)

Last one. :rolleyes: How about an ISO download tab where you add hyperlinks toeach os official download page. :)

nuhi Source page. How about an option in the toolbar to Hide Host OS and Show Host OS, I rarely need to see the Host. :)
 
nuhi I posted some information on the Updates Downloader feature in post no 48. When this feature goes into the main branch do you want me to update post no 48 and expand it or would you want a new topic for it?

Yeah please group it all by topics and create new ones, I am finding it hard to parse all this so it's then put in the tab heaven :)
