Steps for making Up-to-Date Windows 10/11 ISO file

I wanted to integrate -->
(A) Cumulative updates
(B) Cumulative updates for .NET Framework
Updates (A) & (B) to image file of Windows OS.
(C) Security Intelligence update and
(D) Anti- malware platform update
Finally (C) & (D) to MS Defender Antivirus!!
Anyone knows step by step procedure to do the above integration ☺
Also if new updates for the above come in future... Someone suggest ways to replace older updates with newer one in image file.
 
A) and B) covered here with regards to Clanger- and when newer updates arrive, just use Update TAB with Clean update backup = DISM Compatible without removals - then Apply. Restart NTL and do removals.
For C) and D) not sure it's possible in POST-SETUP getting some directions from here.
I just use uup dump with everything updated and delete:
Windows-Defender-AM-Default-Definitions-OptionalWrapper-Package
Windows-Defender-AM-Default-Definitions-Package
from the image and let WU update Defender updates.
 
I wrote a script for installing Security Intelligence updates into the image, but haven't cleaned it up. The script needs rework since I discovered a more direct route to extracting the latest signatures.

The problem is they're updated daily (or several times a day) and will be obsolete. But it will provide some protection while Windows is busy downloading the latest signatures. Better to have pre-installed signatures a few days/weeks old than RTM's year(s)-old version.
 
Can agree to that on old builds.
But on never builds, it's only a potentially problem during install if not bypassing online option in Oobe.
