Add latest online updates

Does it integrate then?
If not, attach %temp%\ntlite.log

Good, then just see what the tool integrated before SHA2 and there is your dependency.
Some KBs need others to integrate, especially in the day of Win7, it was much more interconnected.

And that is where the problems start. Downloading 'custom iso's' is extremely risky as you do not know what has been added / removed . It is ALWAYS advisable to use a clean iso
